Initial configuration for starting up the NV-TIMECONTROL device
Please follow the instructions:
To enroll users, collect fingerprints and upload data it is necessary to download, install and add the device in NCC-AC (Nivian Control Center AC).

Tip:
"Right click and open the image or gif in a new tab if it is a large image or gif."
After downloading and installing the software.
1. Add the device in NCC-AC
1. Activate the device and create the password to open the NCC-AC.
2. From the main screen go to "Device management".
3. Click on the device online and at the bottom, you should see the devices in the network or click on "Refresh".
4. Select the inactive device and click on "Activate".
5. In the new window, enter and confirm the chosen password and click "OK".
6. We recommend setting the security questions and e-mail address in the "Information" pop-up window.
7. Under Operation, click on the network icon to set the IP address.
8. Select DHCP or enter a freely usable IP address, confirm with the password you have just created, and click "OK
9. Click on "Add" to add the device to the NCC-AC device management.
10. Give the device a name that is easy to find, especially when using more than one device in the program.
11. Select Synchronize time and click on "Add" now the device will be visible at the top of the Devices

2. Añadir las huellas dactilares de los usuarios y cargar los datos en el dispositivo
1. On the NCC-AC main screen, click on "Person".
2. Then click on "Add" to add a person to your Organization.
3. Enter the user's name.
4. Scroll until you see "FP" for Fingerprint
5. Click on the big blue plus sign to add a fingerprint.
6. To use the time control device to read the fingerprint, select "Card Reader" and the device from the list
7. Follow the instructions on the device
8. Click on "Add".
Note: you have the option to add more than one fingerprint this can become useful when jobs perform a lot of manual work.
9. When all the reading is done click "Add" or "Add and New" for the next user.
10. Go to the main screen and click on Access Control to create the access group and upload it to the device.
11. Select the access group
12. Then "Add" to create a new access group.
13. Give a name to the group (it is possible to create more than one access group for a device and more devices for a group).
14. Select the Template (by default it is the All Day Template)
15. Select the "Organization" or the people within the organization for the group.
16. Select the device for the group that can register
17. Click on "Save".
18. To load the data into the device, select the device and "Apply all to".
19. In the status windows you will see the process depending on the speed and the number of users this may take some time.
20. You can click on "Details" to see the loaded data, this can be useful when there is an error.
