• Important:

The device must not be disconnected from the power supply from the moment you start the procedure.

After installation of the NCC (Nivian Control Center AC) open the NCC.

1. Click on Device Management

2. Click on Device 

3. Then click on Online Device to make the online devices visible

4. Click on the key to get the Password reset window 

5. Export the XML on your PC and send the XML file to support@nivianhome.com

When you got the Recovery XML file back from us save the file on your PC

6. Open the location from the XML file that you received from us.

7. Enter your new password

8. Confirm your new password

9. Click on OK to confirm
