Nivian - EIOT SIM card recharges - 4G Cameras - Eseecloud

Procedure for recharging your SIM card through the Eseecloud app. 

Important:
The SIM card included with the camera offers 100MB free or 7 days of use, starting from the moment of activation.

Before recharging the SIM, ensure that the camera is correctly linked to the EseeCloud App and that the SIM is inserted and active.

1- From the App's main screen, tap "Pay."

• Open the EseeCloud app.
• From the main screen, tap the "Pay" button.
• Select the data package you want and make the payment.

Important: You can make the payment using a VISA/MasterCard bank card or other types of credit cards.

If the bank declines the payment, we recommend making the payment via the "PayPal" option.

2- Procedure for recharging/paying using PayPal.

• Download the PayPal app on your mobile phone.

You must create a user account as indicated in the following procedure:

• Create account.
• Enter your email address -->> Next.
• Enter your phone number -->> Next.
• Enter the validation code you will receive via SMS.
• Create password -->> Next.
• Fill in your personal details-->> Next.
• Fill in your address -->> Next.
• Online purchase
• Register your bank card to manage payments.

Once you have completed all of the above, in the Eseecloud application, when you click on "PAY" to manage your SIM card top-up, you must select the "PayPal" option.

Simply enter your PayPal account email address and password to make the payment/top-up for the selected pack.
