Nivian - Firmware Update Guide - NVS-VIDEOINTERCOM-2W // KPAD

Procedure to update the firmware of the video intercom monitor and panel.

Instructions:

Firmware: 

1. Using a 32GB or smaller USB flash drive, format it in FAT and create the following folders as shown in the image. 

Notes: 

Case sensitivity must be respected.

The monitor firmware must be updated first, followed by the exterior panel.

• doorUpgrade
• monitorUpgrade
• Pictures
• Records

        2. Save the monitor firmware in the “monitorUpgrade” folder.

        2.1 Save the exterior panel firmware in the "doorUpgrade" folder.

 3. Access the monitor (Update monitor) --> Settings --> Systems --> Upgrade.

4. Access the monitor (Update exterior panel) -->> Settings -->> Door -->> Upgrade.

Note: The Micro SD card must be inserted on one side of the monitor.
