Recover password NIVIAN NV-XVR810

Please use the instructions below,

Note:

For this, you need a windows PC and download and install the Nivian Control Center  

Download link: - SW-Nivian_CMS_Windows 2.7

After installation of the NCC (Nivian Control Center) open the NCC.

1. Check if you are in the tab "Device Management"

2. See below the devices that are online "Online Devices"

3. Select the device you like to recover the password

4. Click on "Reset Password"

5. Check if the Safe mode is "Key" and click on "Export"

6. Follow the instructions and send us the XML file

When you receive the XML file from us.

7. Safe the XML in a directory on your c drive

8. Click on the 3 dots and open de XML file that you just saved on your computer

9. Enter the new password and 

10. Confirm the password

11. Click "OK" to update the new password
