Nivian- Automation - Privacy Mode - NVS-A6WG

Automation procedure of NIVIAN cameras via Wifi with the NIVIAN alarm system.

The automation skills offered by the TUYA SMART app are not the same for all cameras.

However most of our NIVIAN wifi camera models are compatible with our NVS-A6WG alarm to create such automation (PRIVACY MODE) i.e. when the alarm is in “ARMED” mode the camera will be in “ON” mode and when the alarm changes its status to “DISARMED” the camera will change to “OFF”.

IMPORTANT: 2 automations must be created:

1. it must be with the alarm “ARMED” mode and the camera “OFF MODE” with this automation when the alarm is connected or armed, the camera will remain on.

2.    It must be with the alarm “DISARMED” mode and the camera “MODE ON” with this automation when the alarm is disconnected or disarmed, the camera will be turned off.

Steps 1 to 6 is where the creation of the alarm is managed.

Step 5 is to create the first automation, leaving the alarm in OFF mode.

Step 6 is to create the second automation, leaving the alarm in ON mode.

Steps 7 to 14 manage the creation of the camera.

Step 11 is to create the first automation, leaving the camera in ON mode.

Step 12 is to create the second automation, leaving the camera in OFF mode.
