In order to restore the password of the device, you must send us the following information, which I show in the image, we need the ID and Date of the device:

Once you send us the requested information (image where ID and date of the device appears) we will send a code that must be used the same day, sometimes 2 codes are sent for different days. If it is not used on the corresponding day, it will not work.

The code or key that we send must be used with the recorder connected to the screen/monitor in order to reset the password.
